Slavonic Manuscripts	19.11 Acts of the Apostles 1643 Chelandari Monastery, Cod. 28 Paper, 30 x 20.5 cm, ff. II + 196 + I
	Written at Chelandari. Cyrillic semi-uncial calligraphic script. Serbian redaction. Resava orthography. The paper bears two types of watermark (three halfmoons and an anchor in a circle), corresponding to the years 1637 and 1643. The binding is leather, the work of the Russian hieromonk Haji-Gerasimos (1702). The readings from the Acts and the Epistles start on fol. 7, the list of the readings on fol. 179, and the prokeimena on fol. 193. Miniatures: St Luke (fol. 7r), St James (fol. 54r), St Peter (fol. 28r), St John (fol. 67v), Judas (fol. 74v), and St Paul (fol. 77v). The manuscript preserves the Serbian ecclesiastical and literary tradition of the seventeenth century, together with the Serbian tradition of the illumination of ecclesiastical books.
